Returns and refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Toscana Bella, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

Conditions for returns

• Products must be returned intact, unused, unopened and in their original condition, packaging included.

• Food products opened or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

• Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for faulty products or items delivered in error.

How to start a return

To start a return, write to info@toscanabella.de or contact us on WhatsApp at +39 392 0857675, providing:

• your order number

• the products you wish to return

• the reason for the return

You will then receive instructions for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund the purchase price within 14 working days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
The refund covers the price of the product. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a faulty product.
