This Viognier from Petra grows in Maremma, where a mild climate and proximity to the sea promote an intense aromatic profile. The hand-picked grapes are gently pressed, cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then briefly aged in the bottle.
Taste & Aroma Profile
Brilliant straw yellow in the glass. On the nose, aromas of lavender, elderflower, lemon balm, and sage, complemented by white melon, papaya, and citrus fruits. On the palate, soft, mineral, and elegant, with a fresh, slightly balsamic finish.
