An organic extra virgin olive oil from the historic estate Le Fontacce in Loro Ciuffenna, on the hills of Pratomagno in Tuscany. It is produced from Frantoio and Moraiolo olives and processed directly on the estate in its own olive mill using modern technology and artisanal care.
Taste & Aroma Profile
Complex and precise on the nose with notes of fresh grass, almond, chicory, and a delicate hint of roasted coffee. Harmonious on the palate with balanced bitterness and lively pungency, reminiscent of chilli pepper. The finish is elegant, persistent, and complex.
