Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, usually 3–5 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
€8 per order, free from €49. For fine wines the cost depends on the number of bottles and the country, from €28 within Germany.
Do you also deliver to Austria and other EU countries?
Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the country and are calculated at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, write to us at info@toscanabella.de.

Is there a minimum order value?
No. You can order as much or as little as you like.
How can I pay?
With PayPal, Apple Pay or credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
Products
Are the products certified organic?
Many are. Whether a product is certified organic is stated right on its product page.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt: unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Opened food products are excluded. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.
