- 1 pack of Calamarata pasta from Nagi Farm
- 2 cans of anchovies in oil from Tonnina
- Quantity: sufficient for preparing 4 portions
Preparation
- Sauté Elevo olive oil, garlic, spring onion stalks and chili in a pan
- Add anchovy fillets and fresh yellow and red cherry tomatoes
- Add a little water and salt, cover and let the tomatoes simmer
- Stir in chopped capers
- Cook the Calamarata pasta al dente in salted water, drain and toss in the pan with the sauce
- Serve with toasted breadcrumbs, a little Parmesan and a drizzle of Elevo olive oil
