Calamarata Elbana style

A box that brings the taste of the Tuscan sea to your table.
It contains the basic ingredients for preparing traditional Calamarata all’elbana, a tasty and aromatic pasta dish with artisanal pasta and spicy anchovy fillets in oil.

Box contents:

• 1 pack of Calamarata pasta from Nagi Farm

• 2 cans of anchovies in oil from Tonnina

Quantity: sufficient for preparing 4 portions

Preparation

1. Sauté Elevo olive oil, garlic, spring onion stalks and chili in a pan

2. Add anchovy fillets and fresh yellow and red cherry tomatoes

3. Add a little water and salt, cover and let the tomatoes simmer

4. Stir in chopped capers

5. Cook the Calamarata pasta al dente in salted water, drain and toss in the pan with the sauce

6. Serve with toasted breadcrumbs, a little Parmesan and a drizzle of Elevo olive oil
