This Distilled Gin combines organic Tuscan juniper from Castellina in Chianti with black truffle from San Miniato. The botanicals are grown in Italy, processed without artificial flavors, and rested for 15 days in stainless steel tanks.

Product profile

The nose reveals a distinct interplay of juniper, truffle, rosemary, sage, and bitter orange. On the palate, the gin is spicy and rounded, with balsamic notes and a fine earthy depth. The finish is long, complex, and characterized by truffle and juniper.
